The necessary materials of make LED sign: forming metal word ( preferably in the local purchase to reduce transport costs), glass glue, resistance (our factory can supply), wire, LED sign exclusive power (our factory can supply).
Production steps:
1. Drilling: put the forming metal word fixed to the proper position and drilling. The depth of hole about 5mm to 8mm. The spacing according to LED sign installation height and production cost. The general LED center pitch are 10 mm to 30 mm. the smaller the pitch, the better effect and the higher cost.
2. Plug lights: clean up the drilled holes, install lights one by one.
3. Wired: series first, then parallel to the power supply. This step is more difficult, our factory have wired LED light string, each string has reserve thread. Red thread connect to the power of positive, black thread connect to the negative of exclusive LED power supply.
4. Test aging: after connect all LED light, chech no lighting lights, aging test for 24 hours.
5. Sealing: fixing LED to the metal.
6. Test again and install.
